Appointments for the London Federal Benefits Unit
If necessary, by appointment, you can visit the London Federal Benefits Unit Monday through Friday (except for U.S. and UK holidays) between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at the U.S. Embassy, 24 Grosvenor Square, London W1A 2LQ.
To obtain an appointment you must send us an email at FBU.London@ssa.gov informing us of the day that you wish to visit and we will place your name on our Security Visitor List if your request is granted. You will be informed by email whether or not your request is approved.
