Requesting or Reporting a Change of Direct Deposit
When reporting a change of Direct Deposit or to start a Direct Deposit you will need to contact the London Federal Benefits Unit (see below) and provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Your first name or names
- Your surname (family name)
- The NEW mailing address (not an address in the U.S.)
- Any telephone number(s) that we use to reach you during business hours for example:
- Daytime phone number
- Evening phone number
- Mobile / cell phone number
- Your email address
- Last 4 digits of your Social Security number (SSN)
- Name and address of your bank
- Bank sorting code number
- Bank account number OR IBAN number
- Specify type of account (checking or savings)
- Any other information which you feel would be helpful !
