Adding Extra Pages
If your passport's visa pages are becoming full, but your U.S. passport is still valid and in good condition, you may apply for additional pages to be added to your passport.
A set of 24 additional pages can normally be added twice to a U.S passport book before the book must be replaced. Additional pages will not be added to passports which are in a poor condition, damaged or mutilated.
If it is determined that your passport is not suitable for additional pages, your passport will be returned to you with additional instructions.
Please note that incomplete or incorrectly completed applications will be returned unprocessed.
You will be required to furnish the following:
- Your current, valid (5 or 10 year) U.S. passport;
- Form DS-4085 (Click to be taken to the form)
You will complete an online form, which you will then print and submit in the UK.
Please ignore instructions regarding expeditious processing as these do not apply outside the United States.
You must print each page on a separate sheet.
DO NOT mail this form to the United States.
- The non-refundable application fee for 24 or 48 additional pages is $82.00. Download the Credit Card payment form as a PDF, here.
