Online Nonimmigrant Visa Electronic Application - Confirmation Sheet
Once completed, the information in the DS-160 will be electronically transmitted to the post where you will apply for the visa and you will receive a confirmation sheet (see examples) which you are required to print and present with your visa application.
Please note that if you are unsuccessful in uploading a photograph, you will be required to bring with one with you to the interview. Please see Department of State regulations for further information concerning the photograph.
