October’s Alumnus of the Month is Jim Waters, Head of Exhibitions at Nottingham Contemporary.  Jim traveled to the U.S. on the International Visitor Leadership Program in November 2003 to participate in a program examining art museum management.  Jim and a group of young people from the “Get Involved 17” project at the Nottingham Contemporary gallery were recently invited by Mrs. Susman to view the American art collection at Winfield House.  Whilst on the visit, Jim discussed the opportunities presented by his exchange experience and the impact the IVLP had on him and his work.
