Welcome to U.S. Embassy London's Online Group Booking Portal.   You may use this web portal to schedule nonimmigrant visa appointments and pay MRV fees for groups of nine or more nonimmigrant visa applicants applying for visas at the Embassy in London or the U.S. Consulate General in Belfast.   

Before proceeding with your booking, you are required to register your company and activate your account.  You may add any additional number of users once your account has been activated.

Please note:  This service is currently available to those scheduling appointments and paying MRV fees for groups of 9 or more applying for C-1/D Aircrew, O, P and J visas.  If you wish to schedule an appointment or pay an MRV fee for any other visa category or for a group of 8 or less, please call the Operator Assisted Information Service.  

Before proceeding with your booking please note that you will require the following:

• Credit or debit card - Visa, MasterCard or American Express;
• Name, date and place of birth, address, nationality, and passport number for each applicant;
• Email address; and
• Petition receipt number of the approved O or P petition or
• Program number of the approved exchange program which is found on the DS-2019.  The program number must be entered in the following format:  A-1-02345.
