UK Farnborough International Air Show (FIAS), 14-20 July 2008

Sponsor:  FIAS is a biennial international trade show sponsored by the Society of British Aerospace Companies (SBAC), headquartered in London.

Dates:  FIAS 2008 will take place 14-20 July 2008. 14-18 July are media and trade days to which the public are not invited. Saturday and Sunday (19-20) are open to the public.

Ticket Policy: There is an ingress fee for both trade and public visit days which should be booked and paid for in advance, where possible, to avoid queues, confusion and extra charges on the day(s) of attendance.  See Tickets.

Overall Hosting Policy: ODC UK is the lead agency within the U.S. Embassy, London, for Farnborough International Air Show coordination.  ODC will coordinate senior DoD visits.  Military aides and senior staff should contact the ODC for further visit coordination information.  (POC:  CDR PJ Menner, 44-(0)207-894-0628; email: pmenner@san.osd.mil
