Special Consular Services Unit : This Unit of American Citizens Services can be reached via the main Embassy switchboard at [44] (20) 7499 9000, and staff are available for routine services from 8:30 am until 12 noon and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except American and British holidays.
