Ambassador Tuttle visits Birmingham
During a two-day trip to Birmingham, October 12-13, Ambassador and Mrs. Tuttle met with range of groups. The trip began with the Ambassador addressing the British American Business Council in the Midlands. He visited the University of Birmingham, where he engaged in a question and answer session with students. While at the University, Ambassador and Mrs. Tuttle met with the Vice Chancellor, and lunched with members of faculty and staff. The trip concluded with a visit to the Birmingham Central Mosque. Ambassador and Mrs. Tuttle attended Friday prayers before meeting with representatives of local mosques.
