Ambassador Tuttle visits Leeds

Ambassador Tuttle visited Leeds on October 26th. During his trip, the Ambassador visited the University of Leeds. There he met with administrators and discussed research collaboration between U.S. and UK institutions. At lunch, he addressed the British American Business Council of Yorkshire and the Humber, and lauded the trans-Atlantic trade relationship. In the afternoon, Ambassador Tuttle met with Leeds Lord Mayor Mohammed Iqbal. The day ended with a visit to the Makkah Jamia Masjid and meeting with the Leeds Muslim Consortium.
